Every device passes rigorous 5-step test for ensuring maximum efficiency. Another guarantee we grant is absolute safety of Nikrans boosters. Users, their pets, mobile devices and the environment never get affected negatively by a mobile signal booster we produce. Anyway, if there is something you don`t like about the received product, just inform us and we will resolve the issue shortly.

We provide our devices with 3 years of warranty*. The return process is usually realized within 2-3 weeks terms.

However, there are cases that are not covered by warranty:

• No proof of the order (payment bill, order proof, invoice, order number);
• The booster and its accessories are damaged;
• The booster box was opened/repaired without our knowledge.

To arrange the return or exchange, act in accordance with our rules stated in Return Policy. For more information, feel free to contact our support manager.

We also would be happy to provide you with a lifetime warranty on a paid basis. This option presupposes that all the necessary spare parts for your booster will be provided free of charge over the entire period of its use while you will have to pay only for repairs. *Please, note, that the 3-year warranty is applied since March 1st, 2018. All devices ordered before March 1st, 2018 are covered by a 2-year warranty.
